I've tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. Below are a number of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that should cover most inquiries. If your question is not answered below, feel free to e-mail me and I'll get back to you quickly.

How do I order a set of announcements or invitations?

1. Contact me through tanya@butterflybabydesigns.com or by calling 604-220-3177
2. E-mail me your picture(s) and the information that you would like to see in your card.
3. A proof will be sent to you for review and approval (approximately 3-4 days from the day I receive your original e-mail).
4. When I receive final confirmation, arrangements will be made to have them printed and shipped that week.

Note: Alternate arrangements can be made if you are unable to send your pictures by e-mail.

How much will my items cost?

Announcements/Invitations

$1.00 (includes white envelope), size of a 4 x 6 photo

Tiles

$10.00 size - 4 x 4 small. $15.00 size - 6 X 6 large.

All tiles come with a picture hanger

Picture stand not included

Shipping will be adjusted due to weight of this product

There are NO additional charges for design, setup or revisions!

What will it cost to have my items shipped?

Shipping fees:

• 1-100 Announcements $12.00 CAD
• 101-160 Announcements $15.00 CAD
• 160+ Announcements will be shipped to you free!

Note: Unless otherwise specified, orders will be sent regular mail (via CanadaPost). Rush Orders are available (at an additional cost) by Express mail.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.

What about special holidays? Can you design Christmas cards for me?

All designs can be converted into holiday cards. I can add specific holiday favors to any picture to make it festive. These cards are also sized at 4 x 6 and include white envelope.

Pricing:

• $1.00 each if ordered BY November 15, 2008
• $1.25 each if ordered AFTER November 16, 2008

Note: I accept money orders and personal cheques. All prices are in Canadian Funds (check current rates).
